I usually wear a 6 1/2 (just checked the size at the jeweler). Since this ring doesn't come in half sizes, I bought a size 6 and a size 7. I think the size fits. 7 was a bit too big and continued to twist easily around my finger and slip easily over my knuckle. Size 6 was snug on my ankle and a bit tighter than I prefer for a ring. It doesn't spin around my finger that easily, and that's what I keep (the one in the photo). My diamond rings are at the jeweler's, soldered together, resized and engraved. My husband ordered my set to order but the jeweler never soldered them. While waiting for mine, I wanted to wear something different. My set is platinum with a diamond, diamond halo and diamond chip all around. I tried to photograph this ring in the same light as my ring - on different days at different times of the day. This ring is more like silver, it is shinier and shinier. My ring was not cleaned when I took the picture and this ring was brand new in the picture. As this ring is half a size smaller than I prefer, I only wear one ring with it. It's nice with both strips, although the strips don't stay in place well (the main reason mine are at the jeweler's when soldered together). This set is a good weight but I can't comment on the durability of this ring as I've just received it. Overall I am very happy with this purchase. The size 6 and 7 rings arrived in a ring box, although each arrived in a different packaging. I recommend this set and will buy it again.
