These are my Go To Yoga shorts. buy you!

Shop these shorts. These are my go-to yoga shorts. They don't ride up, I don't have to worry about my stuff showing through and they hold up well. I've had mine for about 1 year and practice Bikram/Hot Yoga an average of 4 times a week. These shorts lasted over a year and withstood more than 100 washes (twice a week). They have retained their shape and size and stretch well. The only problem I have is that now after practicing Hot Yoga for a year I have to order the next size down. Very well made, durable and recommended. In my opinion, many people mistakenly put their yoga budget into fancy mats. The truth is that most carpets will work. I still practice on my cheap $8 mat I bought from Ross about 8 years ago and practice A LOT. Most male yogis at the studios I go to either wear surf shorts or something like basketball shorts. For standing balance postures, such as B. Standing from head to knee, those wearing long shorts need to lift their shorts to allow the leg to rise. In my opinion, having to adjust your clothes when entering the asana is distracting. I have practiced both types and personally I feel that not having to adjust my clothing allows me to be more present in my breathing and practice. Namaste
