After reading some of these comments I will try to help some people. First look at these Asian sizes (or pre 1995 US sizes before they were changed). So for a small 30-32, 00-1 is fine. It is 22-25 inches at the waist. The photo shows a waist of 25" with a height of 8.75". My belt goes through the last hole and completely covers the unoccupied part of the belt. As it should be. Second, depending on your jeans: high rise, mid rise, low rise, you may want to offset where the belt sits on your waist and measure accordingly. Your hips are usually larger than your natural waist. Third, the rhinestones are fastened with "teeth". Try not to tear them through the belt loops in anger and your stones will last longer. As you can see in the 3rd picture there is a distinct difference in which part of the belt these teeth go through. for fixing the stones Conclusion: Determine where on your waist you want this belt to sit. Measure accordingly. And try to be honest with yourself. There's no point in pulling the tape measure taut. You will only disappoint yourself. BEAUTIFUL belt. I now have two and can only recommend them.
