I would not recommend this product at all, buy a case from OnePlus ONLY. This happened on the 2nd day of having this case on the phone. I did not drop my phone, so I am complete puzzle on how this even could happen, only thing I can think of is leaning against a counter or something like that. I literally took it out of the wrapping and installed while sitting on my bed, so I don't believe a rock or something got in. Thankfully its the back glass and not the front so the cost isn't to bad to fix it 31 US for the part, waiting to hear how much the labor is. I did email the company before writing this and they offered a refund for the case, needless to say I'm sending it back and getting the normal Ebay refund.
