Review on Neewer Lighting 3200K 5600K Camcorder Compatible by Paul Rosemark

Build quality is normal. The brightness of the panel is decent, the illumination is remarkably even. One complaint is that the specs say it goes from 0 to 100%. It's not even close. Measured brightness with a light meter and 1% was actually about 15% of maximum. This is a problem for my application. We need to reduce the brightness with white paper. Nevertheless, I tried another panel with a similar price and it did the same thing. It's nice to have a dual battery option, but I'll only be using the cable so I can't comment on how long the batteries (not included) will last.
