Where the long straps came loose a few months after purchase
I loved the bag when I received it and got a lot of compliments but I can't use it as a shoulder bag. A few months later, the part holding the shoulder strap broke. I've continued to use it with just the handles but the zipper broke and I can't put the zipper back in my teeth from that side. I wanted to love it but I just can't.
