These Stealth 700 Gen 2 are said to have an app that will allow you to mix the sound properly. This application does not connect to the headset at all. This wouldn't be such a big problem if it wasn't the ONLY way to cycle through the EQ settings. The app is called Turtle Beach Audio Hub and you can read a lot of bad reviews about it. Why did they make it the only way to change the "superhuman hearing" setting (the default)? This removes all bass and surround sound from the EQ, leaving very high, tinny highs. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app, clearing cache, wiping data, etc. and nothing seems to work for these headsets' Bluetooth with the app. . I can see it's connected to my phone in the bluetooth settings but the app can't see it? That's ridiculous for a $150 redesigned headset from one of the leading manufacturers of these devices! C'mon TB, why are you taking so long to fix this app? Why can't we just change the parameters by pressing the mode button? Nobody checked them before they were sent? I will return them if TB support can't help me on Monday. Oh, one more thing, when I put my serial number on the TB support site so someone can contact me, it says my S/N is invalid. I know this is correct as I've entered it many times as I can't submit a support ticket without validation. What's wrong with you? Fix your support site too! I'm starting to get the feeling that TB just doesn't want you to contact them because they don't have answers. Buy something else if you're considering this terribly designed headset and app combo.
