Plastic wrap tore easily

This case is soft but the waterproof plastic wrap tore after several washes. I bought two to replace one while the other was in the wash and both fell apart within a month. The liner is made of very thin plastic, thinner than a grocery bag, and is unsuitable for the task. I gave it two stars because the fabric cover is actually soft, durable and washable and I continue to use it on my changing table.
