Doesn’t taste appealing straight but I take it straight regardless. What I do is have some honey at the ready. Take the bso then honey immediately after which works well and eliminates aftertaste.Noticed much better sleep first night. Skin cleared up very soon. I had some joint pain which I just accepted as somewhat normal from working out but since I’ve been taking the BSO there is no more joint pain. It wasn’t particularly easy with these directions to assemble but that’s not why we don’t like it. Three of the 5 attached toys basically do nothing. There’s no spring to the toys for babies to swat at or turn. The frog ‘play’ attachment is very short in action time and for babies is awkward to activate. The poor craftsmanship. I was very disappointed with how poorly the handle was made. The case was made for a large Bible and mine didn’t even full the dimensions but it broke so easily. The very first time I picked it up with my Bible inside the handle just snapped and broke. I hope this review helps the company improve the craftsmanship. I did get a full refund credit!
