I have never written an amazon review before. But felt so compelled to write one for this. This saved my hand from bad rash and cracks I had developed after a bad hand sanitizer allergy. I tried every other moisturizer and none worked. I have been struggling with the issue for more than 1.5 years and this worked in 5 days. My only regret is I wish I had trusted the other reviews and tried it earlier.

I got this to try instead of the day stuff that comes in the container with the screw on top. I think I personally like the screw on top kind better. I don’t have to use as much. This lotion is on the thick side. Not a huge deal- I just think I prefer the other style of it. I will be finishing this first.

This is the best hand cream ever invented. Don't winter without it!Apply liberally last thing before bed. I love O'Keefe brand. I worked outside for 20yrs and my hands looked like a man's. They were ruff and cracked. O'Keeffes have made my hands soft again.

Have spent LOTS more for hand creams that did little or nothing, but this one really works. Wouldn't tell you that if it weren't true. No fun spending money on things that just don't work! Office work, cooking (cutting up loads of produce), and dishwashing (even with gloves on) had my cuticles splitting and the skin on my hands cracking. This product definitely helps my hands. I have very dry skin which cracks often and is very painful. This is one of the best products that I have used. Will definitely keep using.

I live in Artic like climate for part of year. My hands get so rough and chafed. May have to make a routine of applying it nightly and in my opinion its not cheap but its better than sore cracked bleeding hands

I work in a clinic where my hands interact with hot water most of the day, and my hands will periodically crack. I use this with some gloves in the morning/night to help get my hands back to normal.

This is my fave hand cream. In my opinion, the night time one is the best. Even during the day. It’s the least greasy option that leaves your hands feeling baby bottom smooth!

I can’t speak to product performance, but the condition was "used”…I thought product volume seemed light when I shook it before using, then realized the protective seal was also missing.

After one night of use my hands felt so much better. My hands get really dry from work to the point of itching, burning and peeling but since I started using this stuff my pain went away. I use the regular cream during the day and this at night. The regular one makes my hands hot at night for some reason but I got a sample bottle of this night time one and liked it very much so I bought the big bottle. I highly recommend this stuff.

The tubes arrived unwrapped with no safety seals inside or out. One cap was partially open and the tube dented, as it was shipped in a plastic shipping envelope. Some cream had leaked out. O'Keefes cream is generally excellent - haven't used any of this shipment yet. When I've purchased O'Keefes hand cream before, it always had a safety seal under the cap, over the tube opening. These tubes did not. Not sure I'll order this from Ebay again.

I work in a kitchen. So washing my hands a lot. I found this works great to get them back to almost normal over night. That's my feedback.
