After one night of use my hands felt so much better. My hands get really dry from work to the point of itching, burning and peeling but since I started using this stuff my pain went away. I use the regular cream during the day and this at night. The regular one makes my hands hot at night for some reason but I got a sample bottle of this night time one and liked it very much so I bought the big bottle. I highly recommend this stuff.
