I like it because of all the Benfits I heard it does especially the prevention of cancer. Everything seems to be cancerous these days so if this stuff prevents that I’m totally for it.

Doesn’t taste appealing straight but I take it straight regardless. What I do is have some honey at the ready. Take the bso then honey immediately after which works well and eliminates aftertaste.Noticed much better sleep first night. Skin cleared up very soon. I had some joint pain which I just accepted as somewhat normal from working out but since I’ve been taking the BSO there is no more joint pain. I’ve noticed a very real improvement in short term memory.

I did see an improvement in my energy level. Has a peppery oil like taste you only take a little so it’s not so bad. Purchased another bottle felt it helped control my hunger.

I am upset this item has jumped in price from $19 to $26 for an 8oz and from $32 to $44 for a 16oz! I am still on my 1st bottle but it is going fast. I’ve been taking this for 2 weeks now and all it’s doing is making my stomach hurt really bad, it seems to be diluted because I’ve bought other brands and others were way darker and concentrated and didn’t upset my stomach. I don’t think this stuff is authentic black seed oil

I take this product along with turmeric for knee pain and it has nearly eliminated the pain. It took about six weeks to become effective but it has helped quite a bit.

I can't comment on the health benefits because I didn't take it long enough to know anything about that. I was taking it temporarily because my OB mentioned it can help breastmilk supply. I was worried about taking it because I've heard so many people say this tastes like death. I was surprised to find that this has little to no taste, and whatever little taste there was, was not unpleasant. I found it easy to take and this is a great value for your money.

On two occasions I have received liquid orders that were leaking. Please note that I have read reviews that complain about the same issue. Otherwise the product is a 4 and a half star. Don't like losing dosages with bottles that arrive less than full. Thanks for your consideration.

I have been take these oil for almost two months and have not felt or seen a difference. I bought it because of the reviews. After taking it, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth and that’s why I take it with juice or tea. It makes my lips soft because of the oil. I eat healthy and work out, so not sure if it’s helping. This oil has a unique flavor that is hard to describe, it has a velvety smooth texture about the same thickness as high quality roasted sesame oil but the flavor is very very unique.It is a cold pressed oil, so it has the natural volatile compounds, and you can absolutely taste it, almost like how pine sap has a little twang to it, this oil has a very unique little hint of "twang" almost like the aroma of juniper berries but nothing near as severe and not evergreen either, really different.

This oil is pure and works great . I use it for my sore throat as soon as my throat starts hurting I will take a tablespoon I let it slowly go down my throat and my throat will get better.

After watching many reviews on Black Seed Oil, I wanted to try it because of all of the health claims. I had tried this brand's Castor oil and found it to be of a very high quality, so I decided to give the Black seed oil a try. I think this is very high quality as well. However, I was very surprised because many of the reviews stated that the oil was very pungent and the reviewers had to add honey to it in order to take it. The taste of this oil is very mild!
