After watching many reviews on Black Seed Oil, I wanted to try it because of all of the health claims. I had tried this brand's Castor oil and found it to be of a very high quality, so I decided to give the Black seed oil a try. I think this is very high quality as well. However, I was very surprised because many of the reviews stated that the oil was very pungent and the reviewers had to add honey to it in order to take it. The taste of this oil is very mild! The scent reminds me of Oregano essential oil, which I love! I do feel like it helps me to sleep deeper but start out with a smaller than suggested dose as it may stir up " sleeping dogs" and cause detoxing symptoms which may be unpleasant for a while. I have had to stop for awhile and then resume. A little of this oil goes a long way. I also use it topically in an oil blend for scalp and hair and on any skin issues including healing cuts and it is a wonderful aide!
