I bought 3 different seat/back massagers. I love that it has 8 knots to give you a great massage and when it drains it runs smoothly down and up your back giving you a man versus machine feel. I placed it in different places to get a slightly different feel. I'm 5ft 2in so I have to put a pillow on the seat to adjust the fit. The neck is adjustable but I still need a lift. One major downside is that the neck massager is too wide (even for men) - I was very disappointed with this - if you have a thick/wide neck - it will fit you. However, I've also encountered this problem with the ones I've tried in stores. In the neck area, the Tissacare brand has proven to be better, as the knots protrude further and have a narrower width. An adjustable width would be a nice feature. However, the Renpho allowed me to move my neck by tilting my head to locate the areas that needed work. So I was able to get it working with some modifications. I recently noticed that it tends to shut down before the session expires, so I'll keep an eye on that. I hope it lasts a long time, I use it every day. I will update if necessary.
