issues with some of the parts

The seat had a big scratch and had been damaged so there was a sharp piece of metal sticking up and one of the tires would not inflate. The directions are useless unless you have a magnifying glass and then it is still hard to see. I have contacted the company and told them about my issues. If they resolve them, I will give it a 5 star

Good Customer Service, Product Misses The Mark

The first scooter came with a broken basket. The manufacturer replaced the item for me - very quickly and great communication. Here's the problem - the one and only - there is no handle. In order to move the wagon around you have to bend over and push it or pick it up. If I could easily do those things, I wouldn't need a scooter. These are a great idea. Selling them without handles is pointless.

Maneuverable for my opinion

This garden cart is very sturdy and maneuverable ! I got alot if weeding done that I would not have been able to do on my knees, Thank YOU !
