This can be a useful tool but the description is completely misleading. Contrary to the description, it does not come with a level indicator and cannot be used immediately. They should have some sort of double jack. There are many available but the description doesn't say you need it to use the tank. These omissions can be forgiven, I see comments and questions about these omissions from two years ago. Didn't see them until I was camping with a full gray water tank and no parts were needed. I found the parts at the RV parts store next to the campsite and I can empty my tank. So I don't think I can return it.
