My 4 year old wears a 10.5 or 11, I bought a 11.5. It's tight on the toes but fits well. He seems to walk comfortably in it and get up and off his feet easily.
- Great shoes. Good quality and very cute. But much more than expected
- It may be uncomfortable to sit on some children's leg.
