You get what you pay for.
They are quite small and very light. I bought them for a social event and the volunteer park attendants didn't even want to use them because they looked cheap. They just chose the vests we had before, even if they weren't enough. I think they do the job when worn by teenagers. I can't see anyone carrying this heavier.
