Just like the reviewer before me, when I opened the box the clamshell was closed and the sticker was hanging sluggishly on the outer screen. "Hurry" is the word I would use to describe what it was like talking to a blind person. But no scratches, no dents, no fingerprints. According to Motorola's unboxing, the Razr is upright and nicely presented, not tumbled into a crate and shipped. As for the phone itself: amazing. I am happy with my purchase so far. I prefer this color over blush and mercury (Atta only) because those colors look like two tones. That means the top half (second screen) is a different color than the body. This graphite color goes beautifully with the black upper. So far the call quality has been excellent. On the other end I was told I could hear some difference (Galaxy S9). I also have to do a video conference, smooth baby smooth. Luckily I didn't lose the 3.5" USB port. However, the phone feels a bit stiffer (clamshell) than I imagined. I remembered the days of V3 and this version of 5G flirts with the senses. Genie, I want it to have a UI option similar to the old V3 layout when calling. Gin, Christina? Update: I found this.
