First, if your device doesn't support USB-C (or you can't get an adapter), look elsewhere. Plus, there's a lot to love about this monitor. It is light? Not really, but more than suitable for this monitor class. is it hard Maximum. I had no problem reading small text. Is it portable? VERY! Extremely lightweight yet durable feel. So far I have used it with a 17" HP EliteBook with a DisplayPort -> USB-C cable and it has worked great (except I had to use a separate USB-C power cable as DisplayPort has no power. My wife tried it). with her new macbook and i had a hard time getting it back from her, she loved it. its not cheap but i think worth every penny for the increased performance on the go.
