The ease of use for new users. We have used it at different levels from novice users all the way to experts. I like how easy it was for my husband (who has no computer training) to learn. It's also great when you need help with something simple but cannot find someone knowledgeable about your software or who knows what they are doing. There really isn't anything negative about this system. If we can get over our fears of using computers, then there will be nothing we dislike! As long as people understand that not everyone is tech savvy and some things take time to figure out - everything works smoothly. We were able to organize a lot more easily than before because of its features.
