The plastic corner of one of the handles broke until I figured out how. The rubber strip fell off while riding, leaving the mount and phone hanging on the bars, forcing me to stop and remove the phone before it was lost. I glued the second rubber strip to the bracket itself, I hope the screw doesn't come loose. It's not a bad mount, but I will invest in a more expensive mount that isn't made out of cheap plastic.
