I really liked this charger until tonight. it worked great. it loads very well. I was driving into Lowe tonight and noticed smoke coming from the back of the charger. Smoke billowed out from under my seat. Luckily I was able to remove the seat and snap the wire before the bike was damaged!

The plastic corner of one of the handles broke until I figured out how. The rubber strip fell off while riding, leaving the mount and phone hanging on the bars, forcing me to stop and remove the phone before it was lost. I glued the second rubber strip to the bracket itself, I hope the screw doesn't come loose. It's not a bad mount, but I will invest in a more expensive mount that isn't made out of cheap plastic.

The position lock does not stay safe while driving. It didn't hold my Galaxy S9+, I was driving and my phone fell out of the holder. I was concerned about this holder because there was nothing to secure the phone. The charging port never worked, so I can't comment on the charger's performance. Needless to say my phone was damaged and I threw away the mount. Don't waste money.

Bought for my 2002 Sporty 1200. I've been looking for a phone holder and charging port for a long time. Two in one for this thing! Easy to install if you know how to connect the cables correctly, the clamp fits tightly on the handlebar with rubber insert, holds the phone tight and well, the USB port works to charge my phone. Thats all I need. I like that it has an on/off switch, but I connected it to an ignition controlled power supply. So when the bike is off, so is the electricity. Goodbye.

The phone mount holds my phone very securely when I'm driving my Harley down the highway. . I didn't think the mount would work to charge my phone and had issues with it until I spoke to the seller. There's a small on/off switch on the cradle next to the phone's port that isn't very visible and doesn't say much in the instructions, so I cut the cord and just use it as a cradle. After speaking to the seller and being told it has an on/off switch, the seller sent me a new mount that works great…

I fitted this bracket to my Honda CB500F. I love how this mount holds all four corners of my phone and rotates sideways to give me a full view of my dashboard. I roughed up the ball joint to increase friction, but everything stays pretty good, even on train tracks. I'm a bit curious about the durability of this plastic holder, but so far it's worked well.
