The phone mount holds my phone very securely when I'm driving my Harley down the highway. . I didn't think the mount would work to charge my phone and had issues with it until I spoke to the seller. There's a small on/off switch on the cradle next to the phone's port that isn't very visible and doesn't say much in the instructions, so I cut the cord and just use it as a cradle. After speaking to the seller and being told it has an on/off switch, the seller sent me a new mount that works great and agreed that their instructions should include something more for it. The mount is worth the money if you need something to hold your phone or a small GPS. And the seller tried to keep a good customer relationship.
