I use bands for exercise. Some exercises, like standing chest presses or tricep extensions, can be uncomfortable if the ligaments overlap, move, or fold. I have bands from X3, Serious Steel, Clench Fitness and Iron Infidel. However, the orange straps X3 Elite, Clench Fitness Grey, Clench Fitness Blue and X3 Black need them the most. I personally use double belts. Others I know use only one tape. They are attached with Velcro through a metal loop. For sports, they are perfect for me.
