Review on Frb1 FastFerment FRBB-24 Bottle Drying Rack by Brooke Gill

As a home brewer, I wash used, empty bottles all the time; or their disinfection and filling. This is a great, simple product. I put it on a towel on the counter by the sink, and when I wash yesterday's bins, I just clean them out and put them in the FastRack. On bottling day, I dip the bottles in leave-in sanitizer, sanitize the counter, and then put the bottles back on the counter to dry. It is also convenient for laying out disinfected pipes, spigots, rack bars, etc. to dry. Obviously for a 5 gallon batch you'll need two or three to use it this way, but the price is right so why not? Finally, the rack is designed to hold 24 typical American 12 ounce bottles (long or short neck). You can also use it for pint bottles, but you'll have to move them so there's no room for 24. It's a really simple product, but it's durable, easy to sanitize, and cheaper than bottlewood.
