Review on C1-HRD by Kyle Awasthi

It provides us with all we need in order for me ( HR Professional)to manage my career development process of our work force! I love that there are modules where you can take online courses at your leisure anytime during working hours so i never miss anything important out here while being able achieve results from anywhere!! There is always room left over when doing any module which makes management hard but this software has made things better by automatically updating those who do not have access yet through their learning partners account as well! C1-HRD is a great tool for managing employees' growth. It's easy to use even for people new to HR. It's very flexible and customizable. The interface is very intuitive and the support is excellent. I like the ability to see all the employees in one place. It would be nice to be able to add a picture of each employee instead of just their name. It's very easy to use. I can see all the employees in one place and track their performance. I can also see if they have any growth opportunities.
