I had to completely remove the fuel, turn off knowledge and use a screwdriver. I did this with the top of the clicker disabled. Every time I loosened it, I tried the top valve and checked for gas release. I had to unscrew it almost all the way before I see the butane shoot up when I press 12 and light up about every 20 clicks. Also, do not completely unscrew the petrol valve with butane in the lighter, it is under pressure. The contacting service will update the feedback as necessary. Got a new lighter. The service never answered. So I had to go through Revain. When you receive your item it will come with a card stating that if defective no return is required. Regardless, Revane gave me a return label. I just ignored it. Regardless, I had a pair of JBL wireless headphones that I returned. The tracking number had two or three numbers or letters and I made the mistake of putting a lighter return label on the headphones. The company never pointed out the error and I had to wait over a month for a $130 refund. This company clearly stole the headphones. Had to submit a Revain AtoZ claim.
