I bought this razor because I have very sensitive skin and I was looking for a small everyday razor that doesn't hurt me. This is not your everyday razor. First, it is not safe for the soul. Will it shock you when you get wet? no Will it keep working after a few showers? Also no. It is not airtight so water will seep into the motor and blunt razor. It is definitely not suitable for wet shaving. Second, it kills batteries. If you have dark, dense hair on your legs, 2 AAA batteries are enough for 1 shave. This means that if you have to shave every day (as many people with dark hair do) you will be spending a fortune on batteries. Energizer Bunny will please you, not your wallet. Third, he doesn't do well with armpits. It doesn't matter if you're tall or short, it doesn't work in the armpit for some reason. You'll spend 15 minutes shaving an armpit and realize you're still missing hair while standing in the bathroom looking in the mirror. The main benefit is that it doesn't cut you. If you manage to cut yourself with this razor I'm not sure if you can use child safe scissors as they will not cut, pinch or even pull on hair or skin. If you are looking for something to teach your child to shave or you have a disabled friend/relative then this is a VERY safety razor. It takes a lot of effort to hurt yourself, and even then I'm not sure you'll succeed. I think the razor would benefit from its determination not to cut you. It's small, it's quiet, it's great for travel, but it's not an everyday razor for the average person.
