To be honest, I've never had such a headache with a product before. I wish I could give it a higher rating but as I read through each category I realized it was untrue in every way. Luckily Amazon let me return it for a full refund. I would like to upvote all the negative reviews about bluetooth connectivity. The subwoofer and side speakers keep losing connection, which is very annoying. My biggest problem with this is the side speakers. The subwoofer is clearly too weak for two side speakers. They sound tinny and empty when playing music. They're "good" for surround sound, movies, and gaming, but if you want to do something different with them, I recommend going the other way. Voices from the side speakers sound static and hissing in both music and movies, presumably due to the weakness of the subwoofers in their power supply. I've tried several things. Various inputs, RCA to HDMI and RCA to Optical converters, but nothing worked. I suspect that maybe using a preamp from the subwoofer to the speakers might help, but I'm skeptical and it could also cause the speakers to fail. Also let me be clear. The problem isn't the speakers, I've tried several speakers and they all sound the same when connected to a subwoofer. Vizio shouldn't sell this product until they make a better subwoofer that can properly power side speakers, even if that means a price increase. I'm incredibly frustrated by companies that think it's okay to release products that don't even work. I didn't expect better quality from this product given the price, but I expected to at least not hear the annoying static noise coming out of the side speakers when listening to hundreds of dollars of music. Thank you Amazon for accepting the return. A big warning to buyers: do not buy this product if you care about a working product and good sound quality. It will give you nothing but a headache.
