This is an attractive, expensive and durable tote bag. Ideal if your albums don't have covers. Not the best gift for people who have original 16, 78, 33-1/3 vinyl records with covers. Very old records are as brittle as ceramics; thicker and heavier than records from the 50's, 60's and 70's. In Revane's online description, the seller says there are 30 music albums in the case. Not when albums and covers are made from old material. 33-1/3 records in their original wooden or cardboard boxes will not fit in the tote bag. An empty vessel has weight; it forces you to learn. The carrying handle is well secured. The latch could have been better given the potential weight when closed. After adding 18 original cover albums and four 78s, the case weighed 47 pounds. I couldn't add another entry to the case.
