Lived full time on wheels for 2.5 years. Another RV man recommended it and we gave it a try. Husband, kids and I love it. It is very easy to install and the water pressure in our shower has increased a lot. I often use the on/off valve in my showerhead when conditioning my hair as it saves water and prevents the conditioner from washing out prematurely. My husband appreciates the extra water pressure. This shower head has a negative one star review stating no warranty and poor customer service. I didn't find it accurate. We had an issue where our shower head broke between the shut off valve and the top of the shower head. I contacted customer service and asked if it was covered under warranty. I received a very polite and friendly reply from Debbie at Oxygenics Customer Service, advising me that there is a limited lifetime warranty and all I needed to do was provide my contact details, a copy of the original receipt and a photo of the damage. I submitted the material and received quick approval for a new shower head with the option to pay shipping if it's been more than 30 days from the original purchase. Friends. As for the person with the one star rating for no warranty/customer service, I can only assume that if you don't communicate, don't do a little research and act like a dumb fool, you have every right to be mad at myself . And maybe life isn't cruel, it's just you.
