Worked very well!
I squeezed mine 370 degrees on each side for 90 seconds and they came out fine. There is a protective film on each side of the keychain that needs to be removed. She's pretty good at it, so I can see how someone might overlook her. The piece of plastic that snaps into place to hold the ring feels really secure, so don't worry about it falling apart. Overall I'm very happy with it.
