Broke after 6 months of use.
Great neck massager but only lasted 6 months. I bought this item in February 2021 and it broke last week while trying to put it on. There is no support number to contact the manufacturer, only an email address. I'm not looking for a refund, I want to exchange a broken one for a new one because the product works.
