work. A straight replacement is available for $50. I've had this running alongside my other original headlight for a few weeks now. At first I was a bit annoyed. The light didn't seem as focused, but then I noticed that the other lamp was giving out the same projection. I just couldn't see it either. Compared to the original 13 year old bulb that is still in my car, this one is better. It is problematic to change lamps in my car because there is no workplace. The repair manual says to disassemble the whole assembly. I will replace another. They are cheap enough to have spare parts in the car. I will update when they burn out 2 years ago. I have 13+ years from the originals. The one that burned down had an accident. The other original is still on. ---- Update ---- Well I've been doing it for about 8 months. Both bulbs are still on, but the first one I put in changes color.
