I have been using an oil razor for over a year. I have one that can be rotated and opens to change blades. It's super handy for that. What's not great is that I often cut myself with it. For a long time I thought this was normal, but after trying this razor I now know that another razor is too aggressive. It's just not safe. This Laymiga razor still gives me a very close shave and I still have to cut myself. I started to trust him and shave even faster. I am very satisfied with this aspect. Now when you change blades you have to twist the handle and put it all back together but it's worth it if it doesn't cut my face. All of my viking blades that I bought for another razor work great with this razor. I also like the long handle better than the short handle on my old razor. I'm glad I took a chance and bought this new razor!
