I first installed the correct driver from the provided disc. My Windows 8.1 operating system did not recognize it. Device Manager says "Windows has stopped this device because it reported problems. (Code 43)" when you click on the "Properties" of the device. So I went to their website which is listed in the instructions. There is no product on the website with a name similar to what is on the box of the product I received (11AC 600M + Bluetooth4.2) on the "Drivers" page. I decided to try the driver for the device that looks most similar to this piece of junk and I got the same error above After installing it and restarting my computer it's a chinese piece of junk that doesn't look right isn't even supported by the manufacturer's website anymore completely useless.
