If you are replacing your bumper you NEED these, GM 15761817 and GM 15040331. You will need all three to properly replace the spare tire access tube that goes through the bumper. Don't waste your time/money on aftermarket junk and forget about trying to reuse the old one. Once it enters, it will not exit without being destroyed. When you put this bracket in your new bumper you'll understand why. I only gave the retainer one star because it takes a bit of PITA to hold the two pieces in place. For example, once you insert the first flared piece into the hole on the bumper, you will need to drive in the retaining ring with a hammer/screwdriver. Insert the tube into the bracket until the door is flush with the surface of the bumper. When doing this, make sure the door is in the correct horizontal position on the bumper because once it is fully seated/snapped into the bracket you don't want to try to rotate it as the teeth on the bracket will damage the door tube and ruin your installation.
