I like how it integrates well into our CRM so we can send out all of our different alerts via internal emails, texts, etc.It also allows us to have multiple types of reports including incident/incident response plans as well as employee safety policies and procedures which is important since this department deals directly with employees in regards to their daily concerns. It could be more user friendly since some functions are clunky especially when using text messages but overall its been pretty good thus far. We use it mainly for reporting incidents and responding to them however other departments have used it too. I like how easy it was to learn, as well as use! It's very user friendly; however there are some things about which we were unsure if they could be changed or not - such as our logo/branding etc.- but everything can easily been done by contacting Customer Support at any given point in order to make changes where needed. We have used this system since its release back when 3rd party companies weren't able to provide us what we wanted within reason.
