Great resource and tool used daily at my job

I like that it's easy for people who are not IT professionals but do have experience in other aspects such as logistics/supply chain etc., to be able to use this software without having an extensive computer background (i.e. can easily navigate through menus). It also has some great features if you know how to work them. Sometimes there will be errors when using certain functions which could possibly require assistance from someone more knowledgeable than myself regarding computers - however…

  • Can create documents very simply; even new employees with minimal tech knowledge understand fairly quick.
  • Good graphics used throughout site along wIth clear text explanations making navigation simple

Great software with a simple & intuitive user interface

Easy access from any computer anywhere in our agency has been great! Also it's very easy for first responders (like myself) who are not tech savvy at all but still need this system up quickly during an incident/disaster situation - just plug 'n play!! I wish there was more training options available so that we could learn how best use these tools before getting into incidents where they're needed most immediately. The ReadyOp platform is designed to allow users to easily create and deploy virtualized environments across physical servers.

I love how it allows us to run multiple simultaneous training scenarios at once, such as real world events or simulations. I find it a lot easier to get my managers to try new technology because they can see the immediate benefits, especially if they're going to use it on a regular basis. It is easy to navigate and the interface is simple and intuitive. We are already seeing great results from its implementation. The system is constantly updated and supported.
