Review on ReadyOp by Matt Kucrud

I like that it's easy for people who are not IT professionals but do have experience in other aspects such as logistics/supply chain etc., to be able to use this software without having an extensive computer background (i.e. can easily navigate through menus). It also has some great features if you know how to work them. Sometimes there will be errors when using certain functions which could possibly require assistance from someone more knowledgeable than myself regarding computers - however they tend to fix things quickly so no big deal! Easy accessability for local county personnel during disasters within our area by providing information about shelter locations, road closures, etc. This helps greatly because we don't need to call around town trying to find out where all shelters are located since everything is online now! Also provides us a way to communicate via phone lines should power go down or internet become unavailable. If your organization does any type of training then this would make a nice addition to store materials related to their trainings.
