I even figured it out a bit with the instructions but finally got them to work lol. My son is 3 years old and his best friend who is also 3 years old lives next door. They kept yelling at each other across the dead end every day. So I ordered them these walkie talkies and it's so cute that now they can just call and talk whenever they want lol. . Good product! Very happy ! (The reason I couldn't figure it out was that the big number on the screen should be different than the number on the other device. The small number on the top right should be the same channel.)
