It is very easy for our team in managing tickets, assigning them as well as tracking their progress from start till end with comments etc., I think it's one most user friendly product available out there which helps us manage ticketing system effectively & efficiently.
Nothing much to dislike about this tool so far but might have some minor bugs or glitches here n&there when we use certain features like creating new Tickets/Tasks/Comments alongwith attachments using email id instead of username (as mentioned below).
