Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. When shooting, why not grab something that works 20% of the time after playing with it for about an hour? The cable is a good length and seems solid, but there's something wrong with the connection. If it doesn't work, the flash will click and then nothing will happen. Connect multiple times, keep fighting, and maybe the cable will work. When it works, the results are wonderful. The instructions on the packaging were inadequate. A troubleshooting guide should be included. Now I'm looking for another solution to get the job done. Unfortunately I cannot return the item as I only discovered the problem after the 30 day return period had expired. Disappointed in you, energizer.
