Review on 🌞 Renogy Commander 40 Amp 12V/24V MPPT Negative Ground Solar Charge Controller Regulator - Compatible with Sealed Lead-Acid, Flooded, Gel Batteries + MT-50 Tracer Meter by Lee Rodriguez

I installed this charge controller and 4 x 100w panels on our sailboat 2 years ago. The charge controller started to go haywire when we were on the long journey to the Sound of Desolation. I had to disconnect and reconnect the panels for the system to start loading. I contacted the company and they informed me that the warranty is only for 1 year. I asked how much they charge for out of warranty devices. They tell me they won't work with any device that isn't under warranty. So if it breaks, don't service it. When it stops working I just have to throw it away and buy it from a company that endorses their product.
