It's very easy for our office staff to use because it has everything we need in one place! I love how they have all types of software available so there are options if what your looking at isn't exactly like you want it or needs changed. Sometimes things go wrong but when this happens they fix them right away - almost always within 24 hours!! We've never had issues where an order was placed and not completed until days later (or sometimes even weeks). This program keeps everyone organized with their inventory, bookings, etc.
