Review on Farberware Classic Lemon Citrus Zester Grater by Lauren Lewis

I'm buying this appliance because the family wants jagged carrots and this appliance has a blade to do just that. Unfortunately part of this device doesn't work with carrots, now I know that firsthand. I just returned to get another one like the first. The kind folks at Revain worked hard to help me with this difficult purchase. I ended up contacting the great people at Faberware only to get the same inefficient device. Now I sincerely believe the hands of customer service are tied as they can only provide a replacement but cannot fix any manufacturing defects as this item is made in China.
