Very close to an OEM replacement - appears to be of good quality
Exactly the same as the original part including vacuum lines/harness. Definitely shifts better now (my mode selector was worn out). SMP has always been better for me compared to some other brands. The backlight is good (when the headlights are on). Time will tell durability but I expect to get the same out as the OEM (15+ years)
