The shirt itself is fine. Sleeve length was right, neck size was right. The rest of the shirt was too big. it has been altered to accentuate the waist. It was too big for my body type. My waist is 38 inches. I bought the regular fit instead of the skinny fit. It seems almost impossible to find a 20 inch shirt that fits you unless you have a very wide waist. Tucking your shirt in your pants will make it too baggy and look messy. A slim fit may work depending on your waist size.
