Review of the Coniler 20 hearing aid: I think it is amazing that this hearing aid is working so well.I would recommend that anyone with mild hearing loss try this hearing aid before spending much more on other hearing aids. Considering the price the sound quality is impressive. Apparently the advanced technology that more expensive hearing aids have can now be reproduced at a much lesser price.With this hearing aid there is no noise coming from the aid itself as I have experienced with other inexpensive aids I have tried. This aid amplifies so that sounds seems normal and balanced. The choice of 2 programs, helps eliminate background noise.I have mild hearing loss and mostly I don't clearly hear my wife if she is a little away from me or not facing me or when talking to friends sitting around a room. When we have other extraneous noise, as in the car or a store, the second program available dampens the background sounds so I can still hear clearly. It is very comfortable and not very visible. I love that it is rechargeable so I don't have to deal with putting little batteries in. I went to Miracle ear for a free test and for my mild hearing problem, this hearing aid seems to work just as well as the one that costs thousands of dollars. I would recommend that any one with mild hearing loss try this hearing aid first before spending over 10 times more.you can always return it if it does not work for you.The company has been very responsive to my questions and it is guaranteed for a year or more if it is defective.Larry Wallace
